Guide to new divers and divers migrating from the old divelog.

Step-by-step guide

Go to https://sioapps.ucsd.edu/divelog

1. On this screen, click 'here' to create a new account
   
2. Enter your desired username, email, and password. If you're moving from the old divelog using the same email address as there will make migrating your dive history easier.
   
3. On the following screen click the button to continue
    
4. Begin filling out the form, all fields marked with * are mandatory

5. To add Emergency Contacts click Add More on bottom. To add extra phone numbers for a contact click the "Phone+" button. Removing either contacts or individual phone numbers is done with the red buttons. At least one contact is required and that contact must have a phone number.

6. While Certification section is not mandatory, please use it to give the dive admins an idea of your diving history.

7. Upon finishing please click the "Submit" button at bottom.

8. If there were errors, you will be taken to the top of the page along with a red box with an error message, like so:
