In Personnel History module it would be useful to have more information from the 'Daily Batch'

Questions:

  1. If SIO Space data populates the People occupancy field can that be noted ?
  2. In some instances why are SIO Role and Display Title noted as 'Daily Batch' when these have to be manually entered ?
  3. For reporting it would be useful to auto-complete the filter for 'Location'

• Add SIO Role: "Teaching Professor" as member of Academic Senate. "Lecturer" is not a career employee.

• Add SIO Role: Staff -- LImited is for Short Term Exceptions

Add Directory:

This is the order of precedence used to establish which title will show on the Scripps Web “People” Directory:  Directory Title > Display Title > Blink/Working Title > SIO Role   For example, if the first three fields are blank, it will be the SIO Role that will show in the directory.
