Ed Fireman Frieman : had sio_status set to 'Deceased' by Michelle Park in October 2013. In October 2014, Tomo changed UCSD_Status from 'Active' to 'Separated'.
we had manually set his record to show up indefinitely
on directory when he separated in PPS on Apr 2013.
I just removed that setting;
directory info will automatically update to reflect this within an hour.

When should 'Deceased' be set in sio_status ?? If so, what should this flag accomplish ?? we may also want to could come up with definitive rules for when SIO Status = Deceased . ****and Display Title has a value
